firm texture conforming to the characteristics of Fragaria grandiflora or Fragaria vesca

Strawberry Puree 

Strawberry Puree is made from fresh ripe strawberry fruit, which are heat-treated, filter-finished 

The puree is sterilized under aseptic conditions and aseptically filled into multilayer foil laminate aseptic bags, which are packed into Conical drums. The product is physically, chemically and microbiologically sound, and manufactured in accordance with EU standards, and good manufacturing practices, under strict sanitary conditions to assure faultless quality.

Seeded:    Brix (7 – 9) - Filter Size (2.0 mm) - Store @ 5 °C - Should not be exposed to sunlight

Seedless:  Brix (7 – 9) - Filter Size (0.6 mm) - Store @ 5 °C - Should not be exposed to sunlight 

Storage:  Store @ (5 °C) – Drums should not be exposed to direct sunlight

Packaging: 

Dual Layer Aseptic Bag in Food-Grade Conical Drum, that is internally coated & externally painted

Drum Weight = Gross (228 Kg) - Net (215 Kg) / FCL (20’) = 80 Drums / FCL (40’) = 120 Drums

Once filled, drums can be stacked (3-4) high with pallets. Conical drums may be reused

Some farmers do export “Free-Pesticides” strawberries as organic

In order to get “Real Organic” strawberries, you must reserve a farm for the next season
